I use to go here all the time and it was pretty professional w good quality customer service. My mom just happened to get a flat 2 blocks away at 5pm when I looked up the place the website said it closed at 6pm . I told my mom I have enough to grab her a quick tire. I said “ I came here for all my tires for my jeep that was 4 wheel drive and everything was just fine. Each tire cost $50. Everytime I went.. I get there at 515ish and it seems like a lot of commotion with a few customers waiting and being parked. BUT I still went in for my disabled elderly mother to get a quick change out. When I get in 2 ladies greet me and say “how can I help you “ when I said I needed a tire for my moms car they said “ we’re not taking anymore customers today.” at that time it was 5:21ish . For my mom I pleaded with them stating how the website said they closed at 6pm and how desperate we were. Some younger guy with dreads came out and intervened and said “ I’ll put it on but it’ll cost $30 extra on what you want. “ me being desperate I said to myself ok the tire should normally be $50 so that would be 80$ …for a used tire thats steep but desperate times calls for desperate measures.. so I said o

I highly recommend NOT going there unless it is an absolute emergency and you have no other choice. Everyone seemed cool but as soon as I left after getting a tire out on it was making loud noises and was starting to smell bad. I called them immediately and of course they don’t offer a refund or any kind of service to fix it or make it right. But hey, it is what it is and you get what you pay for.
